The Little Master Tour held a WAGR Matchplay tournament at Jaypee Greens Golf Course in Greater Noida from the 18th to the 21st of July. This was a mixed event where girls and boys competed together. The event attracted 6 World ranked players and many world-ranked junior golfers who were keen to compete with the big boys of Indian Golf.
A special highlight was juniors caddied for the senior boys in the matchplay knockout stages. Neil Jolly, Anshh Dubey, Ayan Dubey, Kushagra Panwar & Bhavesh Nirwan caddied for the senior players. Before the Matchplay rounds was a 36-hole strokeplay qualifier from which 8 players qualified for the Matchplay.
The 2-day qualifier was played in hot and humid conditions but the game was even hotter with an Albatross by Tanishka, eagles by Arjun Bhatia and Parteet Sekhon and many many birdies
