The Indian Golf Union organised a National Camp for the Men’s Amateur National Squad at Jaypee Green, Greater Noida from 3rd to 8th July 2023. The camp focuses on psychological, physiological, nutritional and mental aspects of the game along with more data and an analytical approach towards their game. The team of experts includes Mr. Monish Bindra (Head Coach), Dr. Ravindra (physiotherapist), Dr Nanki Chadha (Psychologist), Mr Sandy Parihar (physical trainer) and Mr Fawad (nutritionist) who are supported by their respective teams. The President, of IGU emphasised the more technical aspects of an athlete when they are representing the country at the highest level and was very happy with the arrangements made for the camp. Mr Simarjeet Singh, Chairman, National Squad of IGU introduced the players and the instructors to the media and explained all the aspects of the camp. The names of the national squad players are Harimohan Singh, Anant Singh Ahlawat, Jaiveer, Rohit, Shaurya Bhattacharya, Yuvraj Singh, Sandeep Yadav, Vinamra Anand, Rajesh Gautam and Milind Soni.
